Amplification : Human life is full of difficulties and complexities. Success here is hard to achieve. We can't sip the cup of success without hard work and labour. It t is labour that paves way to success. Work and labour vitalizes us; indolence or laziness deadens our stamina and energy. Everyone of us wants success in life. But we should not cow to our initial failures of life. We should not lose heart. We should not blame our fate. Rather, we should be determined to work continuously in life. If we work with determination, God will help us. In that case, we will be crowned with success. Those who have succeeded in life were hard-working and industrious. The most prosperous nations are those that are industrious. We should take message from their life style. We should not mind physical hardships, and do not depend on others. We must remember that we may fail once or twice or even repeatedly in our attempt; still we should not lose heart. Instead, we should work hard with patience and perseverance. Thus, success in life comes to those who work hard.

মূলভাব : পরিশ্রম সকল বাধাবিপত্তি জয় করে এবং জীবনে সাফল্য আনে।

ভাবসম্প্রসারণ : মানবজীবন ঝামেলা ও জটিলতায় পূর্ণ। এখানে সাফল্য অর্জন করা কঠিন। আমরা কঠোর পরিশ্রম ও শ্রম ছাড়া সাফল্যের পেয়ালায় চুমুক দিতে পারি না। পরিশ্রমই সাফল্যকে সম্ভব করে। কাজ ও শ্রম আমাদেরকে প্রাণবন্ত করে; আলস্য ও অলসতা আমাদের কর্মশক্তি ও শক্তিকে নিস্তেজ করে। আমাদের প্রত্যেকে জীবনে সাফল্য কামনা করে। কিন্তু আমাদের জীবনের প্রাথমিক ব্যর্থতায় ভীত হওয়া উচিত নয়। আমাদের নিরুৎসাহিত হওয়া উচিত নয়। আমাদের ভাগ্যকে দোষারোপ করা উচিত নয়। বরং জীবনে আমাদের অবিরাম কাজ করতে দৃঢ়প্রতিজ্ঞ হওয়া উচিত। যদি আমরা দৃঢ়প্রতিজ্ঞার সাথে কাজ করি, তাহলে ঈশ্বর আমাদের সহায় হবেন। সেক্ষেত্রে আমরা সাফল্যের মূল্যে ভূষিত হবো। যারা জীবনে সাফল্য লাভ করেছেন, তারা কঠোর পরিশ্রমী ও অধ্যবসায়ী ছিলেন। অধিকাংশ সমৃদ্ধ জাতি তারা যারা পরিশ্রমী। তাদের জীবন শৈলী থেকে আমাদের বার্তা গ্রহণ করা উচিত। আমাদের শারীরিক কষ্টের কথা মনে করা উচিত নয় এবং আমাদের অপরের ওপর নির্ভরশীল হওয়া উচিত নয়। আমাদের অবশ্যই মনে রাখতে হবে যে আমাদের প্রচেষ্টায় আমরা একবার অথবা দুইবার অথবা এমনকি বারংবার ব্যর্থ হতে পারি, তথাপি আমাদের আশাহত হওয়া উচিত নয়। পরিবর্তে আমাদের ধৈর্য ও অধ্যবসায়ের সাথে কঠোর পরিশ্রম করা উচিত। এভাবে যারা কঠোর পরিশ্রম করে তাদের জীবনে সাফল্য আসে।
