A Rich Man and His Cats

Once upon a time, the house of a rich man was infested with rats. They were living there with great happiness without any fear. They were having great fun and boldly moved into the house. But the inmates of the house were having great trouble. One day they brought a cat to kill the rats. The cat was happy to find so many rats in the house. Within a few days it killed many of them. However, only the small rats were the victims. The rich man realized this after two weeks. The bigger rats continued their malicious acts as if there was no cat in the house. In fact, the cat was a little frightened of approaching the big rats, let alone kill them. Even one night the rich man discovered that three huge-sized rats were chasing away the cat. “Oh, no!” exclaimed the man. The next day, the rich man called a neighbor and discussed the issue with him. The neighbor suggested him to bring another stronger cat to his house. Three days later, the weak cat was excited to find a large and stout comrade. And this time the rats seemed to go into hiding. Since them both cats started their mission to make the house rat-free. Many of the rats were killed and the rest of them ran away. After about one month the man found no rat in his house. He was very happy and ready to relax and sleep peacefully.
