Dear Madam,
I have learnt that I have been charged a late fine to Tk. 25 against my December fees. But if I can explain my situation, I couldn't return to the hostel after the school reopened as there was a continuous hartal at Narayanganj and in fact, I could finally arrive only yesterday, in which time the last date for depositing of fee had passed.
Considering the great inconvenience I had to face, I would like to request you to waive the late fine on me.
