Dear Sir,
On behalf of the people of Sonapura union, under satkhira Sadar Upazila, I like to draw your kind attention to the fact that a devastating flood has recently occurred this area causing great havoc. Normal activities have been stopped. People have been suffering untold sufferings for the want of relief. They have become homeless, foodless, clothless and are not getting any medical service. They are now living under the sun and remain unfed or half-fed. In a word, their miseries know no bounds. If immediate actions are not taken to help the distressed people, many valuable lives will be lost.
I, therefore, earnestly request you to be kind enough to send adequate (এডিকোডেট – পর্যাপ্ত) relief goods and medical aids to the flood-hit people of Sonapura immediately and thus save the distressed mankind.
