A flood is a devastating natural calamity. Heavy rainfall causes this serious monster. The flood happened all over the country causing irreparable damages of standing crops, houses, cattle and untold sufferings of men and women. People of all classes experienced this devastating flood. The flood in a dangerous form occurred in the whole county. Many people became homeless, shelterless, foodless and helpless. They also mounted the high lands climbed the tree and the roofs of building as well taking them to be safer places. The Govt. and N.G.O.s also took direct steps to fight with this natural calamity. Food, clothes, medicine and shelters were provided to the flood victims to ensure their safety. The result of the flood is really adverse. It takes a long time to make up the loss caused by flood.
