Your Favourite Colour
‘White’ is my favourite colour. Though it does not look like much of colour, yet it is the colour that I like most. ‘White’ is the symbol of purity and for that matter is evokes respect. An old lady dressed in a white saree looks highly respectable. A gentleman having white hair is held to high esteem. He is considered wise also, for white hair is a sign of wisdom. Milk which is the ideal food is white. A house painted white looks grand. Gandharaj flower is very charming with white petals. Besides, in the field of the battle, the white flag is hoisted as a symbol of peace to indicate the intention of the ceasefire. For all these reasons ‘white’ is the colour that wins my heart.
